Sundays are definitely my favorite day of the week. I love everything about them. I love to get dressed up and get the kids dressed up. I love having Josh around all day. I love taking the day off from work, projects, and shopping. I love church (I know, I am crazy). But, I really do. I started craving church when I moved to DC for an internship. We didn't know where church was when we first got there and were busy moving in and enjoying the city. So, after about three weeks, we took the subway to Alexandria, VA and got off at King street. But, we walked in the wrong direction on King and got all the way to the water before figuring out that we now had to high tail it back up the hill and in the other direction. We finally arrived at church sweating our guts out and exhausted, but I will never forget how I felt when I walked in the doors of the church. I was away from home and away from people of my faith. As I entered the relief society room that day (that is how long we walked--we were on time when we got off the subway), I felt like I was HOME. and I knew that I never wanted to loose that feeling. Every time I go to Church I get that peaceful calming warm feeling that confirms to me that I am in the right place. I crave that peace and warmth all week. I also love visiting with neighbors and friends and of course I love SUNDAY dinner and Sunday cards games at the Sorensens. Sunday for me is family, friends, faith, food, fun, and being fancy. It is a completely free day. Free from the cares of the world---what could be better than that?

Your family is lucky to have you. What a great attitude. You and Josh make a pretty good team.
Now you have to get Sam and Jane's pictures taken to match Syndey's.
What a great picture of you and your babies. I am so glad you posted this...you've inspired me to do better.
I agree, Sundays are totally my favorite day!
