Sydney did her first Triathlon on Saturday. She was a super star. Here are the kids lined up in the swimming lanes. Josh has on the giant hat. He was by her side the whole time. However, unlike other moms and dads not yelling at her to sprint or kick it in gear.

Josh and I at Spudman 2012. My first Olympic Triathlon. The lack of training on my part didn't make the race any easier, but I am so glad I did it. One week later, we did the Pocatello Triathlon. I am so happy that Josh pushes me to do hard things. It makes me happy!
