Holy Halloween Batman!!

Sydney and Ella off to trunk or treat at Preschool on Thursday--if you look close at the pic from Friday night, they switched costumes!
Sam as a vampire, which he wore to his school party and on Friday night. He didn't paint his face for school because that would be too scary! He didn't want to sing at the carnival with his class for fear that the kids would be too scared of him

This is Monday night headed out to a neighborhood party with a spooky hay ride...

This is Friday night at my moms with all the Thompson grand kids

This is Wednesday for Sydney's Halloween party at dancing class

My sweet Jane in her Turkish get up--saying CHEESE

All the kids Tuesday night in their costumes that the Sorensens brought back from Turkey headed to a Halloween party at the Sorensens
So this week was a little nuts, I had eight different parties/events to dress one or more of the kids up for this week. As a family we attended 4 parties and a carnival. We did a lot of baking and running around. Of course my kids dressed up as something different everywhere we went, and I didn't get a picture each time. On Thursday night Sydney asked me if it was the "real" Halloween tomorrow.--its a good thing that I LOVE Halloween, but I can definitely wait a year to do it all again.

Wow! No wonder you weren't feeling like going to story time.
P.S. I thought Jane was going to be the chicken?
LUF YA!

She had fun being the chicken on Monday, but when I went to put it on again, she said No Chicken!! I think it was hot....

Okay so I'll never complain about Halloween again. Eight parties? That's nuts. Hopefully the "real" night was super fun. We missed showing up announced at your Mom's party and pretending for a night that we are part of the fam!

I'm thoroughly impressed. I thought getting together one costume for one kid was enough - you're pretty amazing! And every costume looked great!
